Robert Joseph Kelly was a Beloved Father, Brother Grandfather and Great-Grandpa. Born December 23, 1921 in New Richmond, WI. Passed away peacefully on May 6, 2009 Preceded in death by wife of 64 years, Harriet M. Kelly; sister, Fran; brothers, Art and George. Survived by children: Patricia Kelly Davies (Scott), Paula Kelly (Charley Walters), Charles Kelly (Carole Gallagher); sisters, Audrey and Marie; brother, Jerry; 7 grandchildren: Kellie Davies Brown (Brian), Colleen Davies Scheck (Tom), Charley Cullen Walters, Caitlin Anne Walters, Kelly Marie Walters, Bryan Cullen Kelly and Brenna Grace Kelly. Also survived by great grandchildren: Ethan and Emma Brown, and Owen Scheck. First Lieutenant United States Army Air Force, WWII Glider Pilot. Retired air traffic control supervisor with Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport. Member of St. Therese Catholic Church for 38 years. Was well ahead of his time with a hobby of making home movies of his family and self-editing them since 1955… Here are some of his movies representing his Legacy.

Here are some of his earliest creations with his own wife and children from their backyard on Norfolk Ave, Minnehaha Falls, St. Therese Church, Star Prairie and New Richmond Wisconsin, Christmas Mornings, footage with his own brothers and sisters, The Minnesota Winter Carnival, Sledding and Ice Skating, Easter Sunday, Boating on the St. Croix River, Lutsen Resort, Wisconsin Dells, and son Chuck’s first bike ride.
